Lead Game Mathematician
Math is our edge. You’ll design the models that make our games thrilling, fair and certifiable - and set the standard for every title we ship.
Responsibilities
- Design and own complete slot math models: RTP, volatility, hit frequency, feature triggers, max-win profiles
- Build simulations and tooling to validate models across millions of rounds
- Partner with developers to implement math faithfully and with the Producer to hit certification RTP targets
- Push mechanical innovation - the kind of high-volatility, streamer-friendly math that defines the category
Must-haves
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or similar (advanced probability)
- 7+ years designing slot/casino game math in iGaming
- Strong programming for simulations (Python/C#/C++ or similar)
- Track record of shipped, certified titles
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with lab certification (GLI/BMM/eCOGRA)
- Novel mechanic design
- Understanding of player engagement/retention data
