Community Manager

Sofia / RemoteFull-time

You’ll run the studio’s open workshop - the Discord and Telegram where our games get shown before they’re finished. You own the room: who is in it, what gets posted, and whether what’s said in it actually reaches the people building the games.

Responsibilities

  • Run the day-to-day of the Discord and Telegram - welcome people, keep the conversation moving, moderate consistently, enforce the rules
  • Post the studio’s work in progress alongside the developers and artists who made it: art frames, mechanics, math concepts
  • Route community feedback to the right person, and close the loop in public when something changes because of it
  • Plan and run game jams, engine challenges and math puzzles, and pass the strongest people straight into hiring
  • Grow the community deliberately - a few hundred sharp people beats a big empty number
  • Keep every channel 18+ and free of gambling promotion of any kind

Must-haves

  • 2+ years running a community for a game, studio, or developer product
  • Fluent English, written in a voice people want to reply to
  • Hands-on Discord: roles, permissions, moderation, bots, channel structure
  • Real interest in how games get built - math, art or code, pick one
  • Comfortable showing unfinished work and taking blunt feedback in public

Nice-to-haves

  • iGaming knowledge - paytables, volatility, bonus features
  • Experience running jams, tournaments or open competitions
  • Basic image and video editing for previews and clips

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • 25+ days leave
  • Private health insurance
  • Multisport
  • Hardware and training budgets
  • Remote-friendly
  • The community is the marketing here - this role is not a side channel

About us

OpenGames is a new, founder-funded B2B games studio building original, high-volatility online casino games for the real-money iGaming market. We’ll distribute through leading aggregators to operators worldwide, and we’re assembling a small, senior founding team in Bulgaria - offices in Sofia and Plovdiv, remote-friendly across the country. Our plan is deliberate: ship a tight portfolio of genuinely distinctive games, win on math and art, and grow with the people who built us. Join now and you’re not employee #200 at a corporation - you’re a founding voice with real ownership of the product.
